Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Thomas Law Firm, PLLC dba Mustang Injury Law(“we,” “us,” or the “firm”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, request a free consultation, or use the AI intake chat, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, and a brief description of your situation.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly website analytics that record basic, aggregated usage (such as pages viewed and general device or browser type). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your potential matter.
- To evaluate whether the firm may be able to help you.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
The AI intake assistant
Our chat assistant is automated — it is not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice. It is used only to gather basic intake information and answer general questions about the firm. Conversation transcripts and the details you provide are stored securely so the attorney can follow up. Please do not share confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive details in the chat.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers that process information only to deliver these services: a database host for your submissions (Supabase), an AI provider for the intake chat (Anthropic), an email provider for notifying our team of new inquiries (Resend), and our website host and analytics provider (Vercel).
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the firm's professional and legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
Access to submissions is restricted to the firm, and data is stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
Nevada residents may request that we not sell their personal information (we do not sell it). You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided by contacting us using the details below. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Third-party content
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map; your interaction with that embed is governed by Google's own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
